What are the costs/commissions involved?

Fees:

Minting Fees - For the launch Artfundi has dispensed with all minting fees, we'll only charge a commission please see below. Gas Fees - gas fees vary and depend on the time of day. These are external costs and charged by the Ethereum network and, as a result, Artfundi Marketplace cannot influence these, however, you will have full transparency and a quote before you commit to the mint, and you will also be offered alternatives based on time frame.

Sales

Primary Sale (first time sold from artist to the first buyer):

Seller pays a commission of 15% to the platform

85% goes to the Artist, or Artist and Gallery

Artfundi supports Artist and Gallery commission splits, per artwork.

Secondary Sale (resold from collector to subsequent buyer):

Seller pays a commission of 5% to the platform

Artist receives 10% as a Royalty.

Copyright - on the Artfundi platform at the point of minting, the artist will have the choice to retain copyright when the work is sold, or alternatively to transfer copyright to the buyer.
